Virtual presentation is a unique opportunity for people that due to several reasons cannot reach the Conference venue, but still want to present their work and gain from the interaction with the other researchers and academicians.

Virtual papers are submitted in the exact same way as regular papers. The authors select 'virtual' as their prefered presentation type.

Virtual papers are going through the same review process as regular papers. After acceptance, they are published in the Conference Proceeding Book. Moreover, the author(s) of virtual papers can send their full paper to be considered for publication at one of the Conference supporting journals.

If i send a virtual paper, how the other Conference attendants can see my presentation and how they can post questions to me?

Virtual papers are usually accompanied by a presentation file (PowerPoint, Keynote etc). The Conference technical team, transforms this presentation in a read-only Quicktime vido which is uploaded to the Conference webpage. Registered users of the Conference can enter the virtual room and select your presentation. Then, the registered user can watch the presentation and all the discussion that have been made. After that, he or she can post questions to the author. As soon as a question is posted, the author receives an email and after login to his or her account can answer this question or post a comment at any time.

You can always obtain more information about virtual papers by writing to the Conference Secretariat.
