Author's checklist

Useful tips:

  • Create an account. Submissions, requests, payments and all interactions with the Conference are performed on-line. When you create your account, fill in carefully your details, since they will be used for certifications, billing etc.
  • Create your abstract. Fill the details (co-authors, affiliation, keywords etc) since they will be used in the Book of abstracts and for indexing.
  • Submit your abstract. When you create an abstract, it is stored in the system but it is considered submitted only after you explicitly choose the submit action.
  • After abstract acceptance, start to prepare your Conference paper. Delays in the paper submission reflect to delays in the preparation of the Conference Proceedings.
  • Do not forget to submit your paper after uploading it. When you upload your paper, it is stored in the system, but it is considered submitted only after you explicitly choose the action submit.
  • It is possible that the Editor assign reviews for you. Use the on-line review system and submit the reviews as soon as possible to facilitate Editor's work.
  • It is possible that your Conference paper need some revisions. Submit your revised manuscript as soon as possible.
  • After your Conference paper is accepted, fill and sign the Copyright Transfer form. Without this form, your paper will not be printed in the Conference Proceedings.
  • Pay your fees and arrange your accommodation early in order to obtain the best prices.
